Leadership

We have 5 elders in the leadership team along with many other ministry leaders which we call deacons.

Nick McQuaker

Nick & his wife, Sarah have 2 children & have lived in Haywards Heath since 1996 when Nick began working full time in the Church. In Sept 2009 he became Director of Training & Development for Sussex Gospel Partnership.

Graham Nicholls

Graham Nicholls became an elder in December 2001.  He has been a member of the church since 1994.  Graham is married to Caroline and has 3 grown up children. He has been working full time for the Church since January 2007.

Les White

Les White is married to Marion and they have 4 grown up children. He was converted through the door-to-door work carried out by the church here in 1977.  Les works as an environmental consultant in the gas and oil industry.

Robert Fernandez

Robert Fernandez and his wife, Jacqui, have 5 grown up children. The family have lived in Haywards Heath since 1974 and been members of the church most of that time. He provides facilities management projects & training.

Mark Ventham

Mark is the newest member of the leadership team. Mark, wife Ros, and 2 sons moved to Haywards Heath in 2009 when Mark became one of the full-time paid elders. Previously Mark was studying at Oakhill Bible college.
